Personal data we process

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information (IP address, browser, timestamps) to keep the service reliable and secure.
• Contact messages. If you email us we receive the data you provide (name, email, message) to reply to you.
• Consent information. When presented with a consent banner we store your selections so we can honour them.

How we use this information

• To deliver the website securely and prevent abuse or fraud.
• To respond to enquiries you voluntarily send to us.
• To store your consent choices and honour them.

Legal bases

• Server logs: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention.
• Contact enquiries: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – responding to your request; if purely informational, Art. 6(1)(f).
• Optional analytics/ads cookies: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent.

How long we keep data

• Server logs: up to 90 days.
• Contact enquiries: up to 12 months after resolution.
• Consent records: up to 24 months or as required by law.

Recipients and international transfers

We use processors such as our hosting provider (Netlify) and email provider (Google Workspace) to deliver this site. We also rely on Google for consent management, analytics, and advertising where you grant consent. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; when they do, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

Security

We secure the landing site with TLS encryption, access controls, least-privilege accounts, and monitored backups provided by our hosting platform.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Manage cookies” or by emailing contact@kcswh.pl.

If you believe your rights are infringed, you may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), Poland.

We load optional analytics/ads only after consent. You can change choices anytime via “Manage cookies”. Refusing consent will not affect essential site features.

Children

This site is not intended for children under the age required by local law (13–16). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post a new version on this page with an updated date when changes are made.
